Cancellation Policy:

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, it can't be cancelled using our website.

Exchange Policy:

Size exchange is available only for the same product. If a customer requests an exchange for a different product, the request will be automatically cancelled after acceptance. Customers are allowed to change the size only for the same product in case of size issues. Style exchange is not permitted.
